THE ENNEAGRAM

The Enneagram (ennea: nine; grammos: written symbol) is a 9-faceted strategy designed to help you understand and relate to yourself, others, and the world.

The Enneagram classifies a person into one of 9 different personality types that each have a unique way of thinking, processing, and relating to the world around them. Integrating psychology, spirituality and somatics, it allows you explore and widen your degrees of personal development. You might be thinking, "I hate being put in a box." Us too. However, the Enneagram doesn't put you in that box. It simply allows you to finally see the box you've grown up in, and understand the journeys of others around you as well. 

Working with the Enneagram starts with you. By digging deep and beginning to truly understand yourself, you will gain a level of insight that allows you to foster healthier relationships, work through conflicts, and field a level of empathy never before achieved.

By typing the human condition into 9 distinct types, the Enneagram attempts to help us transcend nationalities, borders, cultures and experiences. The more you understand yourself, the more you can begin to understand your team. And the more you can understand your team and what makes them tick, the greater chance your company has at achieving the utmost of its goals and successes.
